Crystal Zusmer is the Owner & CEO of 305-INJURED LLC, a Miami-based personal injury marketing and consumer information brand promoting the legal services of the attorneys at OneCallLegal.
Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, Crystal earned her degree in Communications from East Carolina University, with a focus on marketing and public relations. She later worked at Peace Corps headquarters in Washington, D.C., where she gained experience in budget and finance while developing a strong foundation in organization, service and problem-solving.
Today, Crystal oversees the operations, client experience and continued development of the 305-INJURED brand. She works alongside her husband, Dean Zusmer, Founder & Spokesperson of 305-INJURED, as they continue building the brand, strengthening community relationships and helping connect individuals injured in car accidents, slip-and-fall incidents and other injury-causing events with trusted legal resources and appropriate support.
Her role also includes community outreach, events, strategic partnerships and helping ensure that every interaction with 305-INJURED is handled with professionalism, compassion and clear communication.

Crystal resides in Miami Beach, Florida, with her husband and their Boston Terrier, Emerson Lake.
